What to expect:

As a Controller (m/f/d), your main task will be to prepare, coordinate and carry out the mediumterm planning for the entire WOLFF & MÜLLER Group in Oral, SD
You will oversee crosscompany financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, integrated financial planning, and preparation of group planning in collaboration with other departments
You will prepare decisionmaking bases for the management and be involved in creating key figures, variance analyses, plausibility calculations, and adhoc evaluations
Your responsibilities also include contributing to the development and expansion of our BI and controlling system, particularly the professional development of our corporate planning system (based on SAP BPC, SAP-AfO), including monitoring implementation

Your foundation:

You have a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on controlling and accounting, or a comparable qualification
You have relevant professional experience in a similar position in the finance/controlling field
You have a strong IT affinity and ideally have experience with SAP applications (in the areas of SAP-BW, SAP-AfO, SAP-BPC) and Power-BI
You are proficient and confident in working with MS365 applications, especially Excel and VBA
You have a strong understanding of complex relationships and are known for your independent and structured way of working
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are committed and assertive, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills
