For our production site in Breidenbach, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll accounting on a part-time basis (30 hrs/week) starting as soon as possible:

Your tasks:

Processing payroll data and creating payroll statements
Maintenance of the time management system
Administration of employee benefits
Handling of reporting and notification processes
Maintenance of personnel files
Monthly account reconciliation
Point of contact for employees
Other operational and administrative tasks

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
Several years of professional experience in the HR department, particularly in payroll accounting
Good knowledge of labor law, social security, and income tax
Competent appearance
Independent and responsible way of working
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in MS Office programs
