Purpose of this Role:The Digital Sales Specialist will be the first point of contact for a consumer contacting Wayne Subaru when shopping online for a new or pre-owned Subaru. Contact is via the internet from multiple points of contact with us. The Digital Sales Specialist will be able to provide the prospect with enough information to build rapport with the potential buyer. Establishing this rapport will enable trust to be built between Wayne Subaru and the prospect, allowing for an appointment to be made in-order to have the prospect visit Wayne Subaru to physically see, touch, test-drive, and fall in love with the vehicle that will best fit their needs and desires.
