    Bold Job Summary
    Sales Specialist: You will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of American Family Insurance products across all lines. By building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions, you will help drive brand visibility through active participation in community and agency events.



    Responsibilities:
    • Gain insights into local market dynamics to identify business development opportunities across all product categories
    • Utilize consultative selling methods to attract new customers and contribute to agency growth
    • Engage in cross-selling activities and collaborate with team members to enhance existing customers' coverage
    • Explore new business prospects through various channels like leads, networking, and social media platforms
    • Secure new business independently and through established methods
    • Create proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales successfully

    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively
    • Active participation in the local community
    • Proven track record in sales and customer service
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in PC software applications and various digital devices
    • Experience with multiple social media platforms for business purposes

    Note: This role is part of the Agency Team and not a direct position with American Family Insurance.
