    Job Title: Electronics Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

    In this role based in San Jose, CA within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled and experienced team, playing a crucial part in the design and development of analytical instrumentation for the Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry organization.

    • Design high precision analog PCBs for multi-disciplinary engineering projects
    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams and Electronic Manufacturing suppliers to launch new products
    • Create new component footprints and maintain parts library, focusing on high-speed signal routing and high voltage PCB design
    • Contribute to the entire product development lifecycle, from design to manufacturing introduction

    To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred) and have at least 7 years of experience in product development and commercialization, with expertise in PCB design tools like Allegro and PADS Layout. Additionally, knowledge of IPC standards, DFx guidelines, and experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools is advantageous.
