Your responsibilities:


  • Planning, promoting, organizing, coordinating and accompanying the individual qualification and support processes of our clients during their participation in the BvB program
  • Acquisition of suitable internships, training and job positions, as well as support for our clients during their internships
  • Ensuring cooperation between different stakeholders in the qualification and support process and acting as a contact person for career counselors, companies, and parents
  • Ensuring and documenting longterm integration success (e.g. support during the probationary period)
  • If necessary, initiating, monitoring and reflecting on essential sociopedagogical processes
  • Job application training/support
  • Documentation and administrative tasks within the framework of program implementation

What we expect from you:


  • Completed vocational training or university degree and three years of professional experience, including at least one year of experience in the vocational and social integration of target groups in the job market
  • AdA certificate (training qualification for instructors)
  • Good knowledge of the education landscape and the requirements of the training and job market
  • Communication skills
  • Flexible, independent and structured way of working
  • Ability to motivate people
  • Diligent work ethic
