For our administration in Regensburg, we are looking for you to join us part-time or full-time as a
Bookkeeping Employee (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial accounting and monthly VAT returns using Datev
  • Posting business transactions using the industry software Amparex
  • Accounts receivable/payable accounting
  • Handling ongoing payments
  • Assisting in the preparation of cost accounting
  • General bookkeeping tasks such as balance confirmations, payment notifications, communication with suppliers, account reconciliation
  • Creating evaluations/reportings
  • Providing support for our branch concerns

What makes you unique

  • Successfully completed training as a tax clerk or comparable education (m/f/d)
  • Several years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and connections
  • Very good knowledge of DATEV programs is advantageous (e.g. Unternehmen online, Anlag, Zahlungsverkehr)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with the industry software
