    Description

    Overview:

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking an Insurance Product Engineer. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, process-driven, and consistently strives for efficiency through automation.     What you'd be doing:

  • Develop and implement solutions in collaboration with our partners to establish integrations.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all integration issues.
  • Lead the integration team providing mentorship coaching, and education on best practices in integration design and development.
  • Manage and monitor integrations for operational health using various analytic platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of integrations with partner strategy and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for new capabilities and functionalities to enhance integrations.

    • We're looking for someone who has:

  • Applied knowledge of SQL/XML/HTML/JSON.
  • Ability to problem-solve, work independently, manage workload, and plan to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating functional documentation.
  • Advanced experience in Postman.

    • Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Previous experience in the Insurance industry, preferably personal lines, homeowners, and/or commercial BOP
  • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Python, R.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and GitLab.
