- Assess and analyze New/Modification Credit exposures, including collateral, market, and sponsor/guarantor analysis.
- Support Credit Officer in preparing screening memos and term sheets.
- Data capture for new originations.

- 8+ years of Commercial Real Estate Credit Experience.

The CREB Senior Underwriter (SUW) is responsible for analyzing deals, preparing justifications, and obtaining approvals. The SUW works closely with Credit Officer teams and manages a portfolio of clients within the CREB market.
The SUW collaborates with Credit Officers to underwrite new CRE transactions, facilitate modifications to existing facilities, and provides post-closing credit support to the CREB portfolio group.
Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in credit analysis, operational excellence, collaboration, and influencing stakeholders.
