    Lexington Medical Associates is a primary care clinic, serving patients in the area of Midtown East, Manhattan.

    We are seeking a Medical Director to become a part of our team We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals, we encourage you to apply for the position of Medical Director.

    Duties
    - Oversee and manage the medical operations of the organization
    - Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
    - Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
    - Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
    - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and optimize operational efficiency
    - Utilize medical knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of policies and procedures
    - Supervise and evaluate the performance of medical staff
    - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction

    Requirements
    - Medical degree from an accredited institution
    - Board certification in a relevant specialty
    - Post-residency experience in a clinical setting
    - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare management principles
    - Experience in utilization management and project management
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
    - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
