Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Provide primary health care services and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments including patient history, physical examinations, and health screenings.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies according to the protocols.
  • Provide immunization and other preventive health services.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatments, disease management, and achievable health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other health care providers across the continuum of care for coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on latest medical knowledge and practices.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as nursing standards and protocols.
  • Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals and community resources when necessary.
  • Assist in emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions as required.

Other Requirements:


  • Arizona NP License
  • Spanish Speaking (Fluent)

Pay:
$115, $130,000.00 per year
