Selection Process:
The committee for doctoral scholarships is composed of the current Vice-President, at least three professors, and an academic employee.


Application Documents:

  • A brief letter, including an explanation of why compensation for any disadvantages should be granted (maximum one page)
  • A summary of the doctoral project that is generally comprehensible (maximum one page)
  • An outline of the project (maximum eight pages in total). The outline should include the current state of research and any preliminary work, goals and issues, methods, the expected academic contribution, and the progress made so far, including the current work plan and timetable within the mentioned funding period.
  • A CV in tabular form
  • One copy of higher education qualifications
  • If applicable, a description of any work performed in your most recent employment, if the compensation for disadvantages is based on pressure related to tasks unrelated to the doctorate.


The committee for doctoral scholarships must request an assessment from the supervisor through the dean's office in the relevant faculty.
