    About the Job:

    The VP, Global Growth Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of commercial sales initiatives worldwide. This position demands a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of success in scaling commercial sales teams globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Strategy:
      • Provide visionary leadership to the global inside sales team, setting clear objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets – both within our sales development and corporate segments
      • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall company goals and to drive sufficient pipeline generation and conversion rates to achieve quarterly targets.
    • Team Development:
      • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of leaders and individual contributors.
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, achievement and recognition .
    • Sales Operations:
      • Oversee and optimize inside sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assess and optimize usage of the necessary tools and processes to achieve balanced productivity across teams.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, field sales and product initiatives.
    • Performance Metrics:
      • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of inside sales initiatives. Focus on career pathing and advancing high performers.
      • Implement data-driven decision-making and coaching to continually improve sales performance.
    • Global Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to global inside sales efforts.
      • Foster communication and knowledge-sharing across different regions.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience especially with high-growth inside sales teams. Track record of exceeding targets and growing contribution
    • Experience building and managing sales programs including messaging, metrics, methodology, and tools.
    • Demonstrable track record of managing an accurate sales forecast.
    • Strong ability to interact and influence C-level executives and team members.
    • Record of recruiting and enabling top talent – including having prescriptive hiring profiles, onboarding processes and ongoing performance management approach.
    • 7+ years of management experience, ideally within both sales development + mid-market closing teams

    Pay:

    Target pay range for a Level E1: $325,000 - $400,000+* On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*

    *Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
