- Account Management Planning – Analyze customer needs, develop strategies to boost sales opportunities, and plan for territory growth.
- Commercial Process Management – Lead contractual processes, resolve commercial issues, and coordinate resources for driving growth.
- Reporting – Provide regular account status reports, generate sales forecasts, and deliver business reviews.
- Required: Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field with clinical experience in Microbiology.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in similar fields.
- Proven relationship management and tendering skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and a local language.
- Valid driver's license (minimum 3 days of travel per week).

Position summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a target-based sales role in a designated territory, where you will be responsible for managing relationships with Direct selling, Agencies/Distribution, Clinical & Veterinary laboratories, and Industrial Food & Water testing segments. Your role will focus on promoting Microbiology solutions, advancing industrial microbiology, and enhancing clinical applications.
As an Account Manager for the Lazio and Molise region, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue through collaboration and a strong sales focus.
