- HR Administration: Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, updating databases, and organizing HR-related documentation.
- HR Projects: Contribute to special projects as assigned by the HR Operations Leader, which may include research, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- A willingness to learn on the job and expand his/her knowledge

- Computer proficiency with Microsoft O365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS/payroll system functions and processes
- Keyboarding skills, minimum 50 wpm
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in Spanish, helpful
- Regularly required to talk, see and/or hear
- Possess the ability to fulfill any activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer entry, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding) and use of multiple computer screens
- May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
- Home office and/or internal company office space
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Ability to travel as needed, up to an estimated 10-15% of the time, to company locations and/or manufacturing facilities
