Description

The Internal Care Coordinator(ICC) is responsible for staffing of caregivers, managing communication between team members and family members regarding requests for service and resolution of scheduling crises. The ICC position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Competencies to include:


  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer service or scheduling a plus

This is a full-time position that requires availability Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.
