Reporting into the Parkinson's Global Brand Team Lead (GBTL), the Associate Director will take responsibility for leading the development of global brand strategy for a Parkinson's asset currently launching around the world, as well as implementing tactical activities to meet overarching brand goals.

The Associate Director will lead the cross-functional co-ordination of goals, detailed planning of project milestones, and co-ordination of stakeholders to attain the desired outcomes.

The Associate Director will also play a leading role in building out strategy and tactics for patient activation and play a leading role in Omni-channel ACE activation.


Responsibilities:


  • Finance and Insights: Management of annual franchise budget
  • Inline Brand Development and execution (inline asset) key markets: Lead/colead the Global Brand Team to develop brand strategy and tactical plan
  • Inline Brand Development and execution key markets: Ensure foundational tactics (e.g. key message platform, core materials) developed and approved for country adoption
  • Inline Brand Development and execution (inline asset) key markets: Lead the brand council for cocreation activities
  • Lead patient activation efforts and Omnichannel ACE transformation

Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical brand experience in customer facing activities.
  • Sales and Marketing Leadership ; Familiarity with Veeva and approval process
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, excellent time management skills
  • Must have positive attitude and build strong relationships with peers and cross functionally to enable higher performance
Demonstrated fluency in navigating Medical, regulatory and legal review for core materials and inititives

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail
  • A good understanding of finance systems/terminology
  • Influences others, including those over whom they have no direct authority
  • Acts consistently with our ethics, obligations, and the law

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
