There isn't a day in your life that you don't make choices. In fact it is your choices that define who you are.

The emotional, physical, social and spiritual choices you make and wear openly on your face for others to see, the way you talk and act determine not only how others perceive you, but how you choose to perceive your self.

No one can force you to be who you are today and what you will become tomorrow without your consent. Whether you've made good or bad choices in life, they are of your own making, not circumstance or luck. You alone create the happiness, hate, anger, fear or joy that others see.

If you truly long for and desire a life different from the one you now live, begin by contemplating the how and why of the choices you have made thus far, learn from them, and then share what you’ve learned with others.
