Meditation is something anyone can do and establishing a proper meditation practice routine in your bring a lot of inner peace and transforms your life. Meditation is a practice in which we train our mind to focus on the present moment, it can either be an object, thought or activity. Meditation exercises help to reduce stress, anxiety, and panic attacks, which will lower our blood pressure and slow down and regulate heart rates.
