As a Junior Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge battery cells and systems for automotive projects.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and maintaining a unified Quality Management System (QMS) according to automotive standard (IATF

Support to maintain vigilance on key performance indicators (KPIs) documentation review and training completeness

Provide regular updates on backlogs and compliance metrics

Support actions to achieve certifications - from gap analysis and action plan definition, to monitoring and driving

Promote quality awareness across the organization and confirm their proper understanding and implementation

Support conducting and reporting of internal quality audits

Track and support closure of audits' Non-Conformity with the process owners

Support the teams to implement changes in workflows, software interfaces as Jira, or any necessary action to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Deliver proper documentation, ensuring seamless implementation and deployment of all changes.

Work your magic with other stakeholders to enhance productivity while keeping high satisfaction

Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Engineer Degree in e.g. Chemical / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

1+ years' relevant engineering experience, e.g. automotive, medical devices, high-tech electronics, battery systems manufacturing or related.

Familiar with Quality Management Systems, ideally ISO 9001 or IATF we're happy to teach you.

Quality improvement and problem-solving/process tools and concepts such as six sigma, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D, lean manufacturing or related

Excited to engage in a multi-cultural environment

Capable of working in a fast-paced setting

Great communicator with professional working English

Great collaborator and quick learner

Capable of reading technical documentation

Basic knowledge of data analytics or project software tools

Structured, goal oriented and a self-starter with great time and workload management skills

Able to structure insights and support recommendations with logical arguments and data

Good analytical mindset, with ability to apply logical thinking and goal to solve problems.
