    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team.

    The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


    Responsibilities:
    Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
    Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, billing, and collections.
    Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
    Review financial transactions and documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
    Monitor cash flow, budgetary compliance, and financial performance indicators, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and communication of financial information.
    Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting processes and increase efficiency.
    Perform other duties as assigned by management.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
    Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting roles, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
    Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, SAGE).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
