    Job Overview



    The Administrative Assistant role at Burbank Housing involves supporting the Sr. Site Manager and Assistant Site Managers with resident file processing, receptionist duties, and other tasks as assigned.


    Duties & Responsibilities



    • • Receive and review resident applications for completeness.

    • • Process eligible applicants according to program guidelines (TCAC, USDA, CHFA, HUD, RHCP).

    • • Accept rent payments from residents.

    A valid California Driver's License is required along with good driving record and automobile insurance meeting state requirements.
