    Overview

    As a Hotel Guest Services Representative, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to guests during their stay at the hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and you will be responsible for ensuring that their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

    Responsibilities

    Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
    - Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
    - Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food service.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
