    Description


    As aFront Office Associateat Nystrom & Associatesyou will be the first point of contact for clients - answering phones, cheerfully greeting clients, registering and scheduling clients, collecting co-pays, and acting a liaison between our mental health professionals and our patients.

    This is a full-timerole with set hours, see shifts below.

    You will be part of a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy.

    We are committed to helping patients in our community who areexperiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems.

    You will play an important part in that process by actively listening to patients' needs and showing empathy to every patient you speak with.


    Other duties include the following:
    Opening or closing the clinicFaxing and copyingSorting documents into the electronic chartBasic knowledge of billing and insurance coverageAny other projects that the Administrative Lead or Manager may assign


    Qualifications:
    Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskProficientcomputerskills and experience using Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsPrevious front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or officeexperience preferredHigh School Diploma requiredAn interest in psychology, counseling, the behavioral sciences, social work, or healthcare is strongly preferred
