    Description

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    + Responsible for analyzing payments made by clients/customers and identifying any discrepancies and plan for collections. This will include using critical thinking and advanced reporting tools

    + Track Business Manager Assistant performance against client KPIs

    + New associate onboarding and training (Campbell BM/BMA/CRA/CCA) set up in Campbells systems

    + Monitor monthly aged claims and partner with business manager, business manager assistant and, client finance partner to discuss outstanding deductions and plans to resolve and bring to resolution

    + System Administrator for the TPM System. Assist end users and make needed updates to current configuration

    + Meeting the physical requirements listed below

    + Otherduties as assigned

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    **Ed** ucation Requirements:

    + Bachelors Preferred

    + Drivers License Required

    Work Experience Requirements:

    + 5-8 years food brokerage and/or CPG industry experience in sales administration is strongly preferred

    + Customer service and client relationship management experience

    + Trade Promotion Management experience witha food manufacturer is preferred

    + Accounting, Audit, Account Reconciliation experience required

    + System integration background

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

    + Advanced reporting and analytical skills

    + Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced)

    + Training, presentation, communication skills

    + Work in a matrix reporting environment

    + Ability to travel (20%)

    + Champions the needs of customers and clients

    + Uses a collaborative approach to do what is best for the entire organization

    + Demonstrates initiative and takes appropriate risks
