- Champion the adoption of cloud-based technology solutions by orchestrating data center initiatives and requirements, while implementing standardized technology stacks and services.
- Guarantee the seamless operation of internal platforms like SharePoint, Teams, and designated reporting tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of partner interactions, technical resolutions, and compliance adherence within Professional Services.
- Coordinate and oversee the on-call schedule in collaboration with the Service Operations Manager.
- 5+ years in Managed Service Provider (MSP) roles, with a primary focus on Technical Management and supervision.
- Proficient in managing Data Center operations, administering Windows server and desktop environments, overseeing Cisco network administration, managing VMware ESXi, and administering MS365 Exchange Online.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, adept at resolving conflicts, and remains receptive to fresh ideas.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possesses outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a demanding environment.
