Role & Responsibilities
Understand products and able to fix them with on-hand experience
Provide onsite guidance to integrators during implementation
Provide implementation and service training and support to integrators
Build up and manage a system to monitor the service quality of service network in Americas
Manage after-sales scheme and packages
Manage parts inventory stock
