What to expect at Loring Colony

As a central manager of financial due diligence projects, you will provide advisory services to corporate and private equity clients from diverse industries during transactions.

You will conduct complex business analyses of companies and business units with the goal of understanding their financial situation and developing solutions for their sale or acquisition.

You will also assist in shaping the transaction process and provide advice on financially relevant aspects of company purchase agreements.

What you bring
A successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
Relevant professional experience and in-depth industry and technical knowledge in areas such as financial due diligence, corporate finance, valuation, or controlling, as well as in related areas such as accounting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical thinking and judgment, and a structured work style
