Become a part of our country house family as the head of nursing for the grand opening of our new location in Schkölen and help us shape the future of care.


Your responsibilities:
shaping the future of care through modern, service-oriented care and living concepts training, development, mentoring, and motivation of your nursing team ensuring high-quality care and efficient care structures and processes creating and monitoring a needs-based work schedule closely supporting and promoting apprentices and students Your profile: strong leadership skills and empathetic, motivating communication strong organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and a passion for process optimization service-oriented and committed to the job qualification as a responsible nursing professional according to § 71 SGB XI or a completed degree in nursing science first experience in leading a residential care facility Your benefits: intensive onboarding and coaching for several weeks Family & Friends discounts at all Victor's Residenz-Hotels comprehensive training and further education opportunities at our Victor's
