    Job DescriptionLocations:
    California, Arizona, Nevada (One position available per state)

    Job Overview:
    Join our progressive Home Health and Hospice team as a Field Medical Assistant.

    In this vital role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact by engaging with Assisted Living facilities across your state.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct visits to Company identified Assisted Living facilities weekly.
    Effectively communicate, introduce and promote our healthcare services and brand.
    Profile facilities' needs and preferences, utilizing provided templates.
    Foster ongoing relationships with facility staff and decision-makers.
    Regular reporting and coordination with the program team


    Requirements:
    Preferably a background as a Medical Assistant.
    Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
    Ability to commit to a 24-40 hour workweek.
    Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    Proficiency in basic data entry and management
