    Job Title: Food Runner/Busser at Mountain Adventure Resort


    Company Overview: At Mountain Adventure Resort, our goal is to provide a year-round escape in the mountains, offering unforgettable experiences that enrich people's lives while having a blast.


    Position Summary:

    As a Food Runner/Busser, your main responsibility is to ensure seamless food preparation and timely serving for an exceptional dining experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage the flow of orders from servers to the kitchen
    • Ensure correct food prioritization and any modifications
    • Assist in the final preparation of dishes
    • Deliver orders promptly to maintain fast service
    • Facilitate communication between kitchen and serving staff
    • Maintain a current health card as required
    • Support company's goals and adhere to standards
    • Strict compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety guidelines
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Preferred Experience:

    • Flexible availability for work hours and days
    • Willingness to work holidays and weekends based on demand
    • Minimum age of eighteen (18) at the time of hire
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Exceptional guest service skills
    • Local area and resort knowledge
    • Bilingual proficiency

    Physical Demands:

    • Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs over 50 yards
    • Capable of standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
    • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ski or snowboard experience preferred from NONE to BEGINNER level
