The Senior Director of Marketing Technology is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and defining requirements for the marketing technology solutions that support the business goals and objectives of the marketing and segment organizations.

The position will serve as the Business/Product owner of our Marketing Technologies with a heavy focus in the short-term on unifying our enterprise website experience and guiding our global product hierarchy and product data architecture.

This role will require strong collaboration and partnership with our business segment marketing and IT/Digital leaders for the implementation elements as well as other key functional stakeholders to align on prioritization, integration, optimization and utilization of marketing technology platforms and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Collaborate with our Digital/IT team to ensure implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology platforms and tools, ensuring scalability, reliability, and functionality.

Coordinate the scheduling and execution of product releases and deployments in collaboration with our Digital/IT team, considering dependencies, potential risks, and resource limitations, with a focus on user acceptance testing.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing technology solutions, using data and analytics to optimize and improve marketing performance and ROI.

Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, sales, IT, and agencies, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing technology initiatives and projects.

    YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 12+ years of domain experience in marketing technology and user experience including 5+ years of team leadership experience.

Business/marketing knowledge of various marketing technology platforms and tools, such as CMS, CRM, PIM management, marketing automation, web analytics, content and data management, email marketing, social media, SEO, etc.

Understanding of B2B customer buying journeys and natural language sciences.

Consistent track record of leading and running complex and cross-functional marketing technology projects, from strategy to execution.

Experience in the B2B industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.

Experience working with multicultural and global teams.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices, with experience in Agile product development environments.

Strong understanding of marketing strategy, processes, and best practices, as well as the latest trends and developments in marketing technology.

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influential leadership skills that inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
