- Maintaining executive schedules and high-volume calendars
- Answering and rolling calls
- Planning and organizing internal/external meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Taking meeting notes and summarizing key meeting points
- Compiling daily updates on industry trends/headlines/company news
- Handling confidential information
- Serve as liaison between the executive and other departments as directed
- Coordinate, supervise, and complete special projects
- Order department office supplies
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1+ years of executive level or department administration support preferred
- Tech savvy. Must have strong typing skills and command of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Adobe.
- Ability to multi-task, be organized, detail oriented, self-driven, forecast issues and handle last minute projects to meet deadlines.
- Solid project-management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to engage in positive interaction with co-workers, executives, and high-level industry professionals; prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
- Ability to demonstrate discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with high-level executives
- Responsive to requests including verbal status of open projects
- Great attitude, and calm and collective in a fast-paced environment; helpful, friendly, and diplomatic
