- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner.
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, which results in more sales.
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service.
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions.
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis.
- Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved.
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction.
- Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary.
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving.
- Present yourself in a professional manner.
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Professional in attitude and appearance.
