The team at Naspa customer service hotline warmly welcomes you. We take pleasure in interacting with our customers and also enjoy working together as a team. We have fun in our work. All colleagues will support you during your training and with shared tasks. We use informal address and every weekday is "Casual Friday".


We are looking for you starting in September as a customer service representative for telephone support (m/f/d) - also open to career changers:
The position can be filled full-time or part-time with a minimum of 18 hours per week.


Your responsibilities

  • With your help, incoming calls from existing and potential Naspa customers are competently answered and processed.
  • You take care of scheduling appointments and processing payment orders.
  • Through your knowledge about accounts, as well as Naspa's services and offerings, you help our customers with specific solutions.
  • If you are unable to assist, you will refer your conversation partner to the appropriate department and take note of callback requests.

Your profile

  • You are welcome to join us, whether you have just completed your vocational training or have many years of professional experience. We also welcome career changers. We will thoroughly train you in all bankingrelated topics.
  • Your communication skills and customer service orientation will be put to good use. Ideally, you already have experience in customer service.
  • You have a strong command of the German language, both written and spoken.
  • You are familiar with working on a computer
