Description
Process customer calls for assistanceTroubleshoot system malfunctions
Dispatch technical personnel for repair system malfunctions
Perform Fire disregard updates on a daily basis
Assist in required ongoing training
Communicate new policies and procedures all among shifts and Operations Center personnel
Perform monthly evaluations of all shift employees as directed by the department manager
Interact with technical personnel, Client Services and Operations departments
Maintain the proper condition of all operations center equipment, the physical appearance of the Operations Center.
