As a leading river cruise specialist with over 30 years of experience, we have expanded since 2019 to become a renowned provider of small ships on the high seas. Together with a closeknit team of around 120 employees, you will ensure that our customers' cruises are an unforgettable experience.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Conceptualization, implementation, and success monitoring of targeted activation and customer retention measures in the area of existing customer management
  • Conceptualization, implementation, and success monitoring of lead generation measures for acquiring new customers
  • Implementation, success monitoring, and further development of existing direct mail campaigns with a focus on print
  • Creation of various crossmarketing campaigns in collaboration with online and CRM specialists within the team and with external agencies
  • Support in the conceptualization and coordination of advertisements, catalogs, and other advertising materials until final approval for printing

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, communication sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in the field of dialogue marketing and/or campaign management
  • Processoriented and structured approach with a good understanding of numbers
  • Independent and meticulous work style with a strong focus on results
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the tourism industry is an advantage
