- Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
- Personal support of the customer through binding callback appointments until the final resolution of customer issues, as well as followup aftersales services to increase customer loyalty
- Active consultation on products, prices, or tariffs, including submitting offers and processing orders
- Independent handling of complaints and grievances
- Operation of all functions of customerspecific IT systems
Your profile:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to provide customeroriented solutions
- Service orientation and quality awareness
- Good PC skills and interest in technical topics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
