Your tasks:


  • Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Personal support of the customer through binding callback appointments until the final resolution of customer issues, as well as followup aftersales services to increase customer loyalty
  • Active consultation on products, prices, or tariffs, including submitting offers and processing orders
  • Independent handling of complaints and grievances
  • Operation of all functions of customerspecific IT systems

Your profile:


  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to provide customeroriented solutions
  • Service orientation and quality awareness
  • Good PC skills and interest in technical topics
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
