Your future responsibilities

  • Architectural services according to HOAI LPH 18 in industrial, logistics, and commercial building projects
  • You will create feasibility studies and block layouts, take on interior design planning, cost estimations, scheduling, and construction management
  • Renovations and fitouts in existing buildings as well as new construction (planning and execution)

Your profile

  • You are highly organized and enjoy working on the computer.
  • You have several years of experience in HOAI LPH 1
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, and ideally also Microstation and/or ArchiCAD.
  • You are focused, structured, and meticulous when dealing with complex tasks.
  • You bring a high level of commitment and quality awareness.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both in personal and written customer contact.
