This role is based in Mountain Road, VA and will require substantial travel to different countries for project launches.**We are currently seeking a
Senior Launch Trainer for our locations throughout EMEA.

This role will involve significant travel and work in various countries to set up and deliver training for new site launches before handing over to Operations.

Our current project in India will last approximately 6-7 months before moving on to other launches.

As a Senior Launch Trainer, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling training for new hires on a project basis, with a focus on induction, health and safety, quality, and lean practices.


About the Role

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop training plans and programs for new projects
  • Align training with operational targets and customer expectations
  • Conduct operational training for new projects, including warehouse management system training (e.g. JDA/WIAB/CRF)
  • Schedule and arrange training for new hires, including induction, health and safety, quality, and lean practices
  • Create work instructions for new processes to be used during training
  • Assess trainees' competence following training
  • Maintain a training matrix for all staff on new projects
  • Assist launch team with UAT testing as needed
  • Keep records of all training sessions
  • Train onsite trainers to continue training programs after launch
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and create assessment plans for process areas
