    :
    Time Management is a necessity (there are set pick up/drop times each day that have to be adhered to; this ensures that we stay in scope - items processed within 24 hours of receipt; and so that the customer does experience any delays.

    The person in this position needs to be able to assess the daily duties and make a plan for the day to accomplish all tasks by priority and in the most efficient way possible.

    Due to the state and layout of the buildings it is imperative that there is a plan of action for deliveries and pickups.

    Customer Service Experience is needed due to the daily communications, face to face, sent, and received to/from the customer (Dell) and JLL.This is also important because outside of the deliveries and pickups; most of the day is spent using the Ricoh phone to communicate with our Carrier drivers.

    Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products.
    Excel is used for all of our metric tracking.
    While, email and Teams are the main sources of written communication.
    Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. There is not a lot of standing still.

    However, when not in the mailroom it would be to handle accountable (receive from Carrier/deliver/pickup); which requires you to be standing.

    There is also a great deal of bending and walking.

    The person hired would need to be able to transport boxes throughout the two buildings to make deliveries and pick up any outgoing from one-person depts that cannot pick up or bring their items to the mailroom.

    No driving is required.
