Your Responsibilities:


  • As part of your role, you will be responsible for supporting and advising our international sales companies
  • You will handle order processing and monitoring, particularly for international shipments, and provide support for export projects regarding customs and tax regulations
  • You will also be responsible for creating exportrelated and countryspecific shipping documents
  • You will be the main point of contact for all shipping planning and coordination, and will be responsible for hiring foreign freight forwarders and monitoring transportation to ensure timely and proper delivery to our customers and dealers
  • You will handle export credit insurance and develop solutions in case of unforeseen transportation interruptions or delivery issues
  • You will manage complaints for our international customers and dealers, and coordinate the shipment of replacement devices, parts, or the issuance of credits
  • You will serve as an administrative liaison between our sales companies and our international customers and dealers

Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial training with a focus on export, freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in export business and/or sales support
  • Good knowledge of customs clearance is desirable
  • You possess strong customer service skills, communication skills, problemsolving abilities, and have a tactful approach in customer interactions
  • You work in a structured, goaloriented, and teamoriented manner, and have strong organizational skills
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, additional foreign language skills are desirable
