To strengthen our team at our location in Lancaster, MO, we are looking for a reliable and competent employee (m/f/d) with a dedicated and team-oriented personality.

Your tasks:

  • Independent preparation of price offers and tender documents, including coordination of technical review and clarification of delivery and production times
  • Obtaining, reviewing, and evaluating offers for production materials and cooperation services
  • Postcalculation of orders
  • Intensive exchange with sales and the sales department, as well as customers and suppliers
  • Expansion and improvement of the calculation software

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on corporate accounting and controlling or comparable education
  • Industry knowledge in the printing or packaging sector desirable
  • Experience with databasebased quotation systems desirable
  • Logical and analytical thinking skills, as well as a high affinity for numbers
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Resilience, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
