- Process and code invoices through Docubizz and Fusion.
- Address and respond to questions from the branches regarding coding and payment of invoices.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any accounting questions.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries for the Senior and Staff Accountants
- Reconcile accounts at month end.
- Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests with an eye for detail.
- The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or finance; two years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
