We are currently looking for a
Trainee Personal Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Großenhain and Radeberg to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Training in qualified personal customer advice and support
Targeted and active scheduling of appointments from the customer base, including telephone and personal communication with customers and appointment scheduling
Preparation and followup of consultation meetings
Administrative tasks related to customer care
Acquisition of new customers and members
Implementation of marketing/sales promotion activities
Conducting tasks related to customer advice
Disposition of assigned customer relationships within defined limits
Ensuring quality management
Implementation and compliance with defined quality standards
Representing the bank in public
