    Job Description:
    Facilities Coordinator

    About the Job:
    Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator at Bouldering Project's University District location in Seattle. At Bouldering Project, we are dedicated to creating spaces that promote human connections and inclusive experiences centered around climbing, movement, and community.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain knowledge of facility conditions
    • Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements
    • Coordinate maintenance tasks and prioritize customer safety
    • Manage facility budgets and expenses
    • Lead facility improvement projects and collaborate with other departments
    • Ensure emergency management and staff safety protocols are in place

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in Fitness or Climbing Facilities coordination preferred
    • Background in maintenance, construction, or trades
    • Staff management experience
    • Skills in technical assessment, diagnosis, and repair
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Working Conditions:
    Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Occasional travel required for events.
