    Description

    The company is looking for an individual to join the Accounts Payable team and support them through Vendor Management responsibilities.

    The client is a commercial bank that started in Japan.

    They are the third largest bank in Japan and offer services such as investment banking, global markets, and sales and trading.

    Manage all Vendor data and documentation

    • Perform bank confirmations on all new vendors
    • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience a MUST
    • Experience with SAP system is preferred
    • Knowledge of 1099 and W8/W9 policies
    • Very strong Excel skills is a MUST
    • Experience at another Financial Institution is preferred
    Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

    • Experience with a top company in the finance industry
    • Possibility for permanent position
