We are currently looking for a dedicated

Customer Service Representative for Spare Parts (m/f/d)

-fixed-term for 2 years-

Your tasks:

  • Identification of spare parts based on technical documents (parts lists, drawings, descriptions, etc.)
  • Preparation of offers for spare parts and repairs, including spare parts ordering
  • Customer consultation and support, conducting sales conversations
  • Pricing and price checking of spare parts and repairs
  • Order acceptance and order processing
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Internal and external communication with domestic and foreign customers and partners as well as our customer service department

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
  • First professional experience, preferably in mechanical engineering
  • Good understanding of technical connections and issues
