Building Partners Group is a leading and nationwide scaffolding and construction services company with around 430 employees at seven locations.

We specialize in large and complex construction projects in new construction, historic preservation, infrastructure, and renovation.

In addition to a wide range of scaffolding solutions, we offer our private and public clients a comprehensive package of additional services.


Our group company BSB Bau- und Spezialgerüstbau GmbH, based in Schmölln and Kaarst, consists of a team of around 90 dedicated employees from various fields.

Profile:


  • Completed technical training or further education, alternatively a degree in civil engineering or similar
  • Professional experience in scaffolding or construction is desirable
  • Strong technical understanding and good numerical skills
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Class B driver's license

Responsibilities:


  • Coordination of construction site processes under supervision
  • Creation of system sketches and measurements under the guidance of the construction management
  • Planning of material and equipment usage
  • Keeping construction site reports and checking time records
  • Regular construction site inspections
  • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with instructions regarding quality and occupational safety
