For our Finance department at our location in Regensburg, we are looking for you as a Controller (m/w/d).


What challenges await you?:

  • You are responsible for the commercial support and controlling of ongoing development projects (e.g. planning, variance analysis) at various stages of the development process (e.g. profitability calculations, cost comparisons)
  • You conduct operational planning as well as adhoc analyses and reporting for research and development
  • You actively participate in the development of project goals and measures to improve project efficiency
  • You participate in steering committees for ongoing development projects and actively contribute to the determination and improvement of process indicators

What do we expect from you?:

  • You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable education
  • You are passionate about research and development controlling in an international context
  • You have an analytical and independent working style with strong problemsolving skills
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP R/3, especially FI/CO/PS
  • A passion for technology, a drive for change, teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication skills in German and English round off your profile
